Founding Account Executive

Take PostQ to security and compliance teams — own the full cycle from first scan to enterprise contract.

Buyers are actively being asked about post-quantum readiness by auditors and regulators. Your job is to turn that urgency into a repeatable sales motion.

As the founding AE you'll shape the playbook: ICP, pricing conversations, and the path from a free scan to an enterprise deal.

What you'll do

  • Own full-cycle sales: prospect, demo, navigate security review, and close
  • Translate technical capabilities (inventory, ledger, signing) into buyer value
  • Partner with engineering on POCs and with leadership on pricing and packaging
  • Build the repeatable GTM motion from the ground up

What we're looking for

  • Track record selling technical / security / infrastructure software to enterprises
  • Comfortable in deep technical conversations with security teams
  • Self-directed — you thrive without an existing playbook

Nice to have

  • Existing relationships in security / compliance / platform engineering
  • Experience at an early-stage startup
